I can't believe it's already this time of year again. Almost time for the big Christmas rush. But first up - Thanksgiving.

For this holiday, I went with my family to a Thanksgiving buffet at the base where my dad works. It was lots of fun, considering my cold/virus has finnaly gone (and good riddance). There was a lot to eat, everything from the usual Thanksgiving menu: turkey, mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, gravy, stuffing, etc. to halibut, ham, sweet potato, salad, etc. They lots of delicious desserts too; I had a huge slice of cherry pie. Mmm, my favorite kind of pie. Doesn't get much better than that.

Another tradition in my family is sharing the top three things we are thankful for (or the entire list if we want to go on and on and on).

The top three things I'm thankful for are as following:

1. My great life (that includes family, friends, pets, etc.)
2. Being female (might sound kinda wierd to some, but I'm glad I am despite the rollercoaster it brings)
3. The good in the world (just what it says)

Overall, I had a great Thanksgiving. Hope everyone else out there did too! Now moving on to Christmas...

I will be posting a Christmas-themed story very shortly. It's set in the Transformers movie continuity, after my first story in my main TF series (although I didn't write it yet... ). Originally a one-shot, it quickly expanded into much more. I'll post the first chapter on December 1st. It will be over at my FF.Net account.
